[Debian9Stretch] LXQT bug with date?

It is now 16:34 in Paris.

In the console the command "date" returns
date
mercredi 12 avril 2017, 16:34:44 (UTC+0200)
but in LXDE panel I see actually 2017-04-12 14:36 Z :mrgreen:

what happens?

weird.
shouldn't happen.
what date outputs, should be the default for the whole environment.
adjust settings on lxpanel.

judging from your other thread, you are using sudo too much.
maybe something to do with that?
