ClipGrab for Debian
ClipGrab for Debian
Anyone knows how to build ClipGrab from source for Debian? Please give me full instructions...not that techie. I really love the software, does it pass the DFSG? We don't have it in the repo yet...it's GPL3...

What web browser do you use? If you not that "techie", and you use Chromium/Chrome, try this instead:

Re: ClipGrab for Debian
Those generic autotools instructions won't work for Clipgrab (and a huge number of other programs!), it uses Qt, qmake, etc. The source code has a README file with the correct procedure, like most programs do.
However....Tan, if you search these forums for "clipgrab", don't you quickly find a thread about a third party repository for Jessie that will provide the program packages and the "real" ffmpeg that it will work best with for any conversions?
