how I can edit the cursor pointer on KDE?

Hi,

I want edit the cursor pointer in KDE

I want change the hand pointer with the arrow pointer, and both upside down (the arrow pointing down)

where is the file to edit, and what program for editing?

Caveat: I've never done this, so I'm not vouching for the information, but a StartPage search for edit cursor X11 returned a couple of promising-looking hits:

Both of these HOWTOs are based on Ubuntu, but at least they should get you pointed in the right direction.
