I have changed in the system configuration with the monospace font but nothing changes

Since you have bought it, why not ask the people who sold it to you?

i understand you point of view but the failure doesn't come from the software but from the system, I tested on a live debian and all is good

did you log out/in?
maybe even reboot (fontconfig works in mysterious ways).

Standard troubleshooting:

Create a new user and see if has the same issue for that account.

Try starting the app from a terminal and see if any germane errors pop up.

That would seem to indicate that your problem is PEBKAC in nature.

What is this mysterious "bootstrap studio" and how _exactly_ did you install it?

bootstrap studio is a framework for html5/css5/js/Jquery created by the devs of twitter , i use it for creating website

i installed bootstrap with a deb , the program installed itself in /opt folder , and i tried w/ no install [tar.gz] and it's the same ....

so i tried to understand if it was a font's problem with Gbd but no trace of font's problem

Code: Select all

(gdb) run
