It is not in the Debian repositories, it is for Ubuntu, and in their PPAs, but a tiny bit of search foo , and you could have found some answers to this.
http://www.teejeetech.in/p/conky-manager.html
Debian
The DEB files are available from following links:
conky-manager-latest-i386.deb (32-bit, 1 MB)
conky-manager-latest-amd64.deb (64-bit, 1 MB)
Next time at least try to do some searches first.
DO NOT use the Ubuntu PPAS, https://wiki.debian.org/DontBreakDebian

The Stretch-based MX 17 ships with it by default, so we know that version works for sure: http://mxrepo.com/mx/repo/pool/main/c/conky-manager/

Though I removed all the included themes because some included pirated fonts and the licenses for other themes were not documented. Many of the themes from years ago won't work with Stretch's conky 1.10, either. We added an extra mx-conky program and mx-conky-data package that had curated and tweaked themes that were safe to distribute. Believe me, a lot of work went into those. You should be able to navigate in the repo to find those.

Hi Garry,

in all honesty I really tried to do some research and found nothing on this topic. That was why I created this thread. No need to be so salty. I understand that you have tons of more knowledge in GNU/Linux then I do. Could I just ask of of you to be more kindly? I signed up to this forum to gain knowledge from people with your skill and experience, So why post something like this? I just find it really rude tbh...

But anyway... thanks..... :(

Sorry I tried to help you, nothing rude or salty about that,... I showed you a link where you can get a .deb file, to install it. Just don't use the Ubuntu repos, those are not for Debian, and I took the time to give you a link to more details on that.
Sheesh,.....
And Steve gave you another link that should work,

But any way:

Some people don't even say thanks, but you are welcome.

As far as searching goes, maybe you are not using a good search engine, or key words: Conky-manager for Debian 9 in Debian repositories
The results show me the "conky" package, and the repos search, shows no results for conky-manager, thus leading me to realize it is not available in the Debian repos, however the other results showed me it is available for Ubuntu, and also showed me, the site I gave a link to where you can get the .deb file....
If I really wanted to be rude I would not have even done the searches for you ,
I could have ignored the post, or just replied with : "Read this: http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=47078" .... and if I gave it some thought, I could really get salty and rude, is that what you want ?

There is no real need for the program, I have never used it, one can configure conky from the command line.

Lots of people like having a GUI to try out different conky themes that "just works". You should make clear that's it's useless in your personal opinion, especially when you've never heard of or used it.

The easiest way to develop Conky (or Tint2 or a whole bunch of other packages) is to comb the net for what other users do. When you find a setup you like, copy the conkyrc and run it on your machine. Try several. Edit the one you like best. Don't forget the conkyrc sample in /usr/share/doc/conky-std.

What I mean is that Conky , and the https://packages.debian.org/stretch/conky-all work just fine without "conky-manager", so there is no NEED for it.
I do use Conky, and have heard of Conky-manager as well.

My opinion has nothing to do with it.

I never said anything about it being useless,

So why should I say that ? or is this your opinion ?

I do use Conky, and have heard of Conky-manager as well, and it ,(Conky) works just fine without the additional program, (Conky-manager).
Again, I never said anything about it being useful or not. So I assume that is your opinion.
I am sure it is useful to some people, other wise , Why would they want to install it ?
There, now I hope that is more clear enough for you. But any way , my apology for not being perfect like you are, and not saying things more clear. You are right and as usual I am wrong.

Hello,

I thought so as well. Don't let one person ruin it for you. I was just looking for same thing and those links are dead. They wouldn't help you anyway. They didn't help me at all. There is just no excuse for being rude. You don't like answering questions then go do something else. Nobody looking for help needs their nose rubbed in anything. Never fails to amaze me how those who are supposed to be helpful get quite an attitude. Tired of questions? Move on and allow us to get help from non-rude people who can help out. This is the communication industry we exist within. Some communication!

Good luck on your search. Now back to mine...

That said, hope you find what you're looking for. I'm still looking.
