Mate pad symbol stuck

#1 Post by kevingcfcb88 »

Hi, I was trying to add a new command widget to the panel, but I wasn't able, the dialog got frozen and then a # symbol appeared in the panel and when I press right click over it the menu won't come up. Is there any way to remove that pad symbol?

instead of trying to find out what you did there...
have you tried restarting the panel?

You can use a MATE menu editor called mojo found here:

The panel was fixed after an upgrade of the system.

Thanks.
