When I plug a USB Key, I have a notification.
How i can disable this notification?

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but try PCManFM->Edit->Preferences->Volume Management. Just uncheck.

op, you need to specify:
do you want to disable automounting the USB stick, or only the notification?
tbh, i don't think these 2 things can be separated.
is this a flash drive / usb stick, or an external hard drive or something else?
