Evolution 3.28

#1 Post by zerubbabel »

I'd like to update Evolution to version 3.28. The site https://pkgs.org/download/evolution has a download link for evolution_3.28.0-3_amd64.deb for Debian Sid. If I install that on Debian Testing, is it likely to cause problems?

How should anyone here know if an upstream package might cause problems in Debian testing? Isn't there a 3.28.0-3 version currently in sid? If you're interested in trying upstream or developmental versions, you might try and use that and submit bug_reports if there are problems.
DebianStable

Code: Select all

$ vrms

No non-free or contrib packages installed on debian! rms would be proud.

I needn't have worried. It's now in the Testing repository.
