I opened the Contacts app and added a contact. How do I backup my Contacts?
I found this link that says to use File > Save Address Book As vCard. But there is no "File" menu: https://help.gnome.org/users/evolution/ ... ts.html.en
How does one export one's contacts to back it up?
I'm using Debian Stretch with Gnome Contacts 3.22.1

Gnome Contacts - How to export to vcard?
Re: Gnome Contacts - How to export to vcard?
Start Evolution, switch to its contacts section and look for the "Save Address Book As vCard" in the File menu.
Gnome-Contacts (I saw that for the 1st time today because of your question) seems to be a totally different thing than Evolution's contacts section..

The problem is that I just want to use the Address Book of evolution. Is there a way to open it and just use it as an Address Book? Or must I configure my email even though I only intend to use its Address Book?
