Just realized that in Buster, MyPaint and the GIMP conflict

So you can't have them installed at the same time. I just forwardported the solution for that from MX 18 to 19, and I'll set up an OBS repo with fixed mypaint and libmypaint packages tomorrow so Debian users can also benefit. IDK why that unfortunate situation persists in Buster, since I got the bugfix from a Debian bug report, and it works fine and doesn't violate policy as far as I can tell.
The MX Linux repositories: Backports galore! If we don't have something, just ask and we'll try--we like challenges. New packages: Clipgrab 3.8.6, Hedgewars 1.0.0, PulseEffects 4.6.8, Telegram-desktop 1.8.15, Pale Moon 28.7.2, KeepassXC 2.5.1

I got sidetracked by having to fix bugs in Waterfox and Lucky Backup for MX, but will make the repo tomorrow, barring any more urgent stuff...
