How to configure Tor?

Hello,
I want to use Tor and not Tor-Browser. I installed Tor but it can't established a connection. My iptables rules are:

And Tor config is:

That you didn't look at the logs. Or at least you didn't bother to show them here.

Does tor work without obfs4 at all?

I'd say, try without a bridge, and see if that works.
Are you in any kind of censored environment? (company, country, the works)

Yes, I'm in a censored environment.
I never use any bridge. My Tor config is:
