It is not available in official repositories.

I don't know what "drush" is, nor really care, but if it is not in the Debian repositories , you should READ THIS FIRST: https://wiki.debian.org/DontBreakDebian

Not available in any supported Debian release:

https://repology.org/project/drush/versions

It might be possible to "forwardport" it from the last Debian source from snapshot.debian.org, but I don't know how many security holes that could open up...Hmmm, that is pretty old.

I have to suggest you build and install it from source yourself by following the instructions on their home page.
