I don't know what "drush" is, nor really care, but if it is not in the Debian repositories , you should READ THIS FIRST: https://wiki.debian.org/DontBreakDebian

Re: How to install drush on Debian Buster?
I suppose , since I did not know what it is , I should have searched first, before answering, like wise if the OP had done that, they might not even have needed to ask:
How to install drush on Debian
First hit= https://wiki.debian.org/drush

Re: How to install drush on Debian Buster?
Not available in any supported Debian release:
https://repology.org/project/drush/versions
It might be possible to "forwardport" it from the last Debian source from snapshot.debian.org, but I don't know how many security holes that could open up...Hmmm, that is pretty old.
I have to suggest you build and install it from source yourself by following the instructions on their home page.
