I don't need to edit the video, just get it into a format that works on Youtube.
The video is viewable in SMPlayer or mpv. mplayer and VLC won't display it.
when I tried to convert it with ffmpeg it sped up the video.

Ideally I would like to convert it to say 24fps with 48KHz audio.
I tried Handbrake but it seems to choke on the audio so the output is video only at the wrong speed.
