[SOLVED] how do I find the "real name" of a service / app?

e.g. "Informazioni di sistema" in the image above (Cinnamon), i.e. "System Information". when I click it, nothing happens so I was wondering what it real name is so that I could try launching it through terminal or find a workaround.
I understand names are generally in English, but if I go
Code: Select all
apt-cache show sys*info*
I find nothing useful..
Is there a general tracking process I can follow?

Thanks!

Is there not in Cinnamon an applet that allows editing the menus called Menu Editor applet?
For example, in mate, which I use, I could go to Edit Menus, then select any item, like for instance the MATE Terminal, select Properties which would show me the command to be executed, if wished, in the terminal.

I can right-click on the bottom-left open-menu icon -> configure -> menu -> open menu editor [more ore less, these are my translations from the Italian UI]
