[solved} use two audio devices at the same time

Postby peer » 2020-06-11 08:05

os: Debian Testing KDE Plasma
Normally all the audio is played on the internal sound card.
In Clementine I can choose my desired audio output. This is my bluetooth device.
But then all my audio is send to the bluetooth device.

I want the other audio to go to the internal sound card while clementine uses the bluetooth device.
How can I do this??

edit:
I tried to make the internal soundcard default by adding the line "set-default-sink alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo" to the file /etc/pulse/default.pa but that did not work.

I don't use Plasma but I know that GNOME's audio settings GUI offers per-application configuration, as does pavucontrol.

pavucontrol-qt does seem to work in this session . But I do not know if the settings will be remembered.

edit:
works ok after reboot,
