Which file customizes the console in X sessions?

#1 Post by Guest »

Hellow!
What file should I edit (under Debian "sarge") in order to enlarge (by default) the console under X sessions? The tutorial http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions ... e&artid=15 tells about /home/<user_name>/.Xresources but I have no such file in my system. Furthermore, googling on this matter I also obtained nowhere paths. Could anybody helps me?
Thanks!

When you list the file,
$ ls .Xresources
Do you get:
ls: .Xresourcess: No such file or directory

Then you can create a new blank file:
$ touch .Xresources
