kdetv

http://www.kdetv.org/download.html shows a Debian package "apt-get install kdetv". Has the package been removed or the name changed? It worked fine with SUSE 10.0. Does anyone know about this package?

Right, and according to the same page you indicated, one has to add the repositories before entering the apt-get install command. It's shown there in a few lines above.

As you can tell I am new to Debian and Linux. I went back to http://www.kdetv.org/download.html. Then followed the instructions as you indicated. I'm sure you think I ask stupid questions. But I am learning. Thank for the help and makeing me think. :P
