Optical mouse doesn't move.

Hi,
I'm a newbie using Bonzai Debian on an Acer Aspire with AMD 64.
I succeeded in displaying KDE, thanks to the command

xf86cfg -textmode

But the optical mouse does not move the cursor.
I've tried every mouse in the list, and emulating 3 buttons, nothing works.
Maybe you could direct me to a driver for optical mice? In which directory should I copy it?
