LXDE how to stop switching desktop by mouse scroll wheel

Hi,

Using Debian 5.03 LXDE. By default, the mouse scroll wheel switches the desktop workspace. It switches in a way that I cannot understand. When scrolling the wheel it rolls Desktop 1 -> Desktop 2 -> Desktop 1. The roll is so so sensitive that it becomes pretty random. I would probably win the lottery jackpot before I can land on the right workspace (and I have only 2).

Is there anyway to disable the scroll wheel from switching desktop workspace?

These things are specified in ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml. Look for and modify the sections flagged <mousebind button="up" action="click"> and <mousebind button="down" action="click">. Or use obconf.
