Okay well so what I needis the 9600 XT PRO driver for debian does anyone know were to find it.

well, you're gonna have to download the drivers from ati's website. follow the link http://www2.ati.com/drivers/linux/ati-d ... .14.13.run and when you finish, do:
#sh ati-driver-installer-8.14.13.run
follow the instruction on-screen. then, reboot and run:
#fglrxconfig
and follow the instructions. when you finish, you'll propably have everything correctly set up.
