found some info here https://duckduckgo.com/html?q=debian+rx560

You didn't mention, what kernel, or whether you are using the free driver? I could not say why the firmware causes a hang, you didn't say where the black screen, before grub? after grub? before login? after login? and I don't know what ctrl-F1 is supposed to do?

Ctrl+F1 let you go to tyy 1 or terminal of x.org won't run.

Re: firmware-amd-graphics hang's RX560 ( solved )
i used the new kernel 4.16.0 form the strech-backports and the firmware-amd-graphics ( 20170823 ) drvier pack on also on strech-backports
This works fine,
i try'd 4.9.0.3 and up 4.9.0.6 none of the kernel's work anymore with both versions of ( firmware-amd-graphics ).
Thanks for the help !!

Please don't think backports are going to create FrankenDebian. They're not--they are specifically artisanally crafted to avoid breaking your install.
