Trident Cyberblade Video Chipset

#1 Post by tcat »

Hi,

I have a legacy PC, with VIA KLE133 chipset, apparenttly with Trident Cyberblade video. I run `xserver-xorg-video-trident' for it.

According to my main board docs, integrated video AGP should support 2D/3D accelaration.

Xorg driver has EXA 2D driver, any chance to get 3D support for my video, too?
Many thanks.

My config here, http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php? ... 15#p675984

Well, not sure of current support, but mesa should give you something. What about glxgears and glxinfo from pkg mesa-utils?

found this searching for https://duckduckgo.com/html/?q=debian+trident+3d

I would scan the output of root commands "lspci" and "dmesg | grep video" to see if the card is recognized and what it is recognized as.
