mounting windows partition

I am new to debian. However I have used other linux distros in the past. I am still pretty green as far as making changes and command line stuff My question is how do I mount the windows partition so that I can copy my pictures from linux to windows so they can be printed. I cannot find a working driver for my Canon ip6000d printer so I could print them in linux
