start bluetooth automaticaly at boot

system: Debian testing kde
bluetooth adapter: usb adapter 4.2

Bluetooth does not start automatically at boot.
I would like to start bluetooth automaticaly at boot. At this moment I have to go to settings (in KDE Plasma), double click "bluetooth" and then click on "enable" to get it working. But I have to repeat this at every boot.

In the file /etc/bluetooth/main.config the line "AutoEnable=true"is present.

systemctl status bluetooth.service shows that the service is running.

How do you check, that it is working or not?

The blu tooth icon did not show up on my panel at boot. I had to start bluetooth manually form the settings.
But the behaviour changed yesterday. It is now working as it should. So it is okay now.
