[SOLVED] Server suddenly powered off

Hi,
I am having debian 8.10 server VM contains asterisk on KVM Openstack hypervisor. My problem is about every month it's suddenly powered off as you have unplugged the power source.

Could someone please advise if this is a bug or something incompatible with hypervisor or anything else.

If anyone have faced this problem is due to Hypervisor old packages. Herein the hypervisor logs and the link for the bug on Redhat.
