Dear All,
I need to change my graphic card after years of honorable service and I would like to buy one which is suitable also for GPU calculations.
It appears that my box supports the GTX 1060 card, which at least does not cost a fortune.

My question is the following: looking on ebay for GTX 1060, I find stuff like
ASUS GTX 1060 6GB
Palit GTX 1060 6GB
Zotac GTX 1060 6GB
and so on and so forth.
Are the differences substantial (or substantial enough so that one of them will not work on my box)?
I need to know whether I have to be extra careful about all the details or not.
Last but not least: I am on debian stable, but I use a liquorix kernel 5.6. Will that be enough so that I do not have to bother with the nvidia drivers?
Many thanks!
