I'm a bit of a newbie to Debian (running Sarge), but would like to stick with it as it seems to have the sort of combination of features I'm looking for.
I have a canon i250 (USB) printer, which seems to be configured, but fails to print. To be more accurate, it fails to even whirr or click, or do anything at all. I managed to get it working (intermittently) on FC3 and FC4, although not fully functional ( communication one way only).
I would prefer to not have to get another printer
and would liove to hear from anyone who has one of these configured.I believe I have installed the .ppd file, but am not sure how to tell.
