Does someone know a programm or way to check the voltage and temperature of the cpu.

I want to check this once in a while because a overclocked my cpu a little.

Is this thrue and when it is, what should it be excactly?

search for lmsensors
it monitors your motherboard voltage, temp, your cpu temp and your cpu-fanspeed.
once it's installed and configured you can use it in gkrellm
