I installed Mplayer last version before and download codecs and copy all of them in Path
but I have problem yet I can not see avi movie with mplayer only I can see drak picture without any picture
please help me

Dod you tried with other video outputs? You can list the available outputs with the
mplayer -vo help
command, and can select a different video output with
mplayer -vo <any_video_output>
command. The 'x11' output should always work. If it doesn't, then look at the output of mplayer. It has a huge load of output, can you spot any errors there?
