GTKmm is a C++ wrapper for GTK, should work well for you.

Do you know any wrapper for xlibs? I would like to make a GUI that doesn't depend on GTK or QT.. Xine uses xlibs too :P
Thanks!

I've not used IceWM but with the runtime libraries for gtk and gtkmm installed, i don't see why not.
