package creating Templates/Video/etc. in home

i got a gnome-package installed which creates directories in my home folder (Templates, Public, Video and what not). there is a thread about it, but i can`t find it and i don`t find a good search term. it makes my home a mess. which package does that? thanks.

My guess would be xdg-user-dirs
