Is webmin good for ordinary desktop users?

Is webmin for everyone or is it meant just for servers?

Interesting! Webmin and Usermin show up in the Stable and Oldstable directories, but not in Testing or Sid. The deb package available from the Webmin website is newer than what is in the Debian FTP server. I wonder if the Debian package manager has abandoned the package(s)?

Jamie Cameron is the official author of Webmin
(http://webmin.com/about.html) and has made it quite clear that he'd
be happy to take over as maintainer.

So the ones on the Webmin site are probably better.
