The only issue with xorg in testing is fglrx won't build against the newer xorg. So if you were using it you are stuck using one of the "free" ati drivers, like radeon or radeonhd.

Haven't seen too many other issues while lurking in #debian.

what's the deal with Grub2 tho, it currently forces my p3 into endless reboot cycles and leaves me with a Grub prompt on my other (less legacy) machines.

Even here I'm starting from Lenny and upgrading to testing and sid.

GRUB2 can easily change its mood and it sometimes does work, whereas in certain situations - it does not. GRUB legacy is just fine for me...

has the freeze started?

for the first time in a long while i have been able to upgrade both my sid and testing installs without any packages showing bugs.
