What's going on? Has Debian been finished?

#1 Post by bpaterni »

Hey, I'm addicted to the unstable/experimental repos and a day rarely goes by that I don't see at least a couple packages being updated. Over the past week or so though, I've seen zero activity on my 'aptitude update && aptitude safe-upgrade's. I've switched between ftp.us.debian.org and ftp.debian.org in my /etc/apt/sources.list and still nothing. Is everyone on spring break or what?

These past few days, I haven't seen any updates in 'testing' ... now, that you mention it.

But, I'm not worried. This happens in Debian from time to time.

Mark Shuttleworth said some nasty stuff about Bill Gates so Bill bought the Debian and cancelled it and is now stalking him and taunting him on facebook. Surely you saw the story on slashdot?
