What's going on? Has Debian been finished?
What's going on? Has Debian been finished?
Hey, I'm addicted to the unstable/experimental repos and a day rarely goes by that I don't see at least a couple packages being updated. Over the past week or so though, I've seen zero activity on my 'aptitude update && aptitude safe-upgrade's. I've switched between ftp.us.debian.org and ftp.debian.org in my /etc/apt/sources.list and still nothing. Is everyone on spring break or what?
Re: What's going on? Has Debian been finished?
These past few days, I haven't seen any updates in 'testing' ... now, that you mention it.
But, I'm not worried. This happens in Debian from time to time.
As the witch in the Wizard of Oz said, "All in due time, my pretty. All in due time"

Mark Shuttleworth said some nasty stuff about Bill Gates so Bill bought the Debian and cancelled it and is now stalking him and taunting him on facebook. Surely you saw the story on slashdot?

Your question has allready been asked and answered twice in the past couple of days:bpaterni wrote:Hey, I'm addicted to the unstable/experimental repos and a day rarely goes by that I don't see at least a couple packages being updated.
