hi
I've Debian Wheezy with LXDE.
Howto configure, for example scrot, pressing "Print Screen" button from the keyboard to get screenshots on the Desktop instead of user home directory?

Re: screenshots on the Desktop in LXDE
So if I'm reading this right, you have scrot working with 'PrtSc', just not placing the image where you want it ..... ?cc wrote:hi

You can use scrot's '-e' option, add it to your command string, like in this example:
Code: Select all
scrot '%Y-%m-%d--%s_$wx$h_scrot.png' -e 'mv $f ~/Desktop'
