A pop-up alarm can show either a simple text message, or the contents of a text or image file. It can optionally be spoken, or play a sound file. You can
choose its appearance, and set reminders. Among KAlarm's other facilities, you can set up templates to allow KAlarm to be used as a 'tea timer'.

This package is part of the KDE PIM module.

Try gunning kalarm in a terminal and see what you get. Other than that goto kde.org and check their documents. Or you could try the help file normally it's F1, also may be at the bottom of the menu.

if you aren;t running kde I would suggest:
alarm-clock - Alarm Clock for GTK Environments

kalarm
/usr/bin/kalarm

It shows up on the kde menu under Utilities

or you can do alt+F2
kalarm
Raspberry PI 400 Distro: Raspberry Pi OS Base: Debian Sid Kernel: 5.15.69-v8+ aarch64 DE: MATE Ram 4GB
Debian - "If you can't apt install something, it isn't useful or doesn't exist"
