the bug (if it's the same that affects you) was fixed in sid on the 25th, Oct 2015
ATM you have fixed versions in wheezy-BPO, jessie-BPO, testing and sid.

The screenshot posted is debian testing (stretch) so I confirm you it's not working. As you can see the mailing list says "I BELIEVE it's solved".
