More information is needed.

Does your network broadcast the ssid?
Is the wireless card working? Some need non-free firmware

My wireless card is working as I used in my old router without any problem.

But the issue started when I changed my router. My other devices are connecting to my new router such as mobile, tab, etc. and it is showing the name(ssid) of the network.

But in my machine, it is showing only "cisco00635" unlike for my other devices.

Some Linux wi-fi drivers have limitations compared to Windows drivers, such as no 5 GHz ability. Getting some idea of what your device is via "lspci" and letting us know wouldn't hurt.
