[ 6117.239763] ata6: limiting SATA link speed to 1.5 Gbps

i read a lot about this issue and i saw people say this one is bad hdd or sata cable, but it happened right away and SMART check looking good..
I saw these messages after I changed the file system, I changed the fstab file and the computer did not perform boot afterwards, so I uploaded the system through live usb and changed the fstab file back.
tnx a lot for helping!

IMHO dropping to 1.5 Gbit/s indicates bad communication. Have you tried a different SATA port and another SATA cable?

There are three components involved to get this error. SATA controller and its port, cable, the control board of hard drive. One of them is failing. In case of laptop there probably is no cable, just the SATA controller, connector and the controller board of the HDD. Re-seating the drive - and inspecting the connectors while the drive is out - may help, too.
