Hello Sirs,
I am trying to install Debian 8.7.1 alongside on Windows 10 by USB drive but i have such issue: Your Installation CD-ROM couldn’t be mounted.
What does it mean and how to solve it?

Same thing happened to me. I just opened a shell and typed "mount -t vfat /dev/sdb1 /cdrom", and then i could continue with the installation

That error occurs when a defective program is used to transfer the ISO image to the USB stick.
Please avoid unetbootin and other such crapware in future and refer to TFM instead:
