I've got problem with my machine as when I want to shutdown or restart it - it closes X, the screen goes black but machine is still running. Problem started when my root partition became full because of problems with GPU pass-through to virtual machine running on libvirt - logs filled the root partition. I solved the GPU error, cleaned logs in /var/log with this command:

I don't know how to handle this. Temporary I'm shutting down my machine with Alt+SysRq+B and then when UEFI loads I push the Power button. Please help...
