I was wondering if its possible to set from the point of the first startup after install using just the DVD or the CD,
changing the debian branding like logo & debian titling,
a grub background other than the debian background,
& other debian specific label like grub text, gnome & gdm etc atleast I was just wondering.

I'm having some trouble understanding your question, but if you're asking if you can re-theme your Debian install in such a way that GRUB and the login screen and the wallpaper all match, then the answer is yes. If you're asking if you can do it using only the Debian installation media, then the answer is no.
