I edited on sources.list and changed jessie to stretch and run commands apt-get update and apt-get update && apt-get upgrade. but appeared above mentioned errors.

The problem is that your computer club is not available.

Before we do anything let's see your complete sources.list.

Better you should help yourself.

Your problem is with your network. The simplest thing to try first is to shut down your computer, power down all your network equipment, and then restart everything in a specific order:

- modem/gateway (your connection to your ISP)
- router (if any)
- your computer

Let each unit in the chain operate for a minute or two before starting the next one.

If the problem doesn't fix itself with this easy solution, then Google your error message ("Network is unreachable") for more details and lots of fixes.

Your package manager is trying to connect to the IPv6 address of ftp.acc.umu.se, are you sure this is normal? Is your ISP ready for IPv6? If not, see the following:

You may rest assured that I won't try to help you again. However, you might want to re-think the wisdom of actively antagonizing potential helpers. Simple arithmetic would indicate that the number of times you can do so is unquestionably finite, and probably small.
