Cannot install debian 9 on my laptop, debian 8 was good

i cannot install debian 9 on my laptop, debian 7/8 was working fine, i get display glitches

My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L850-1MK Part No: PSKG8E Intel Core i7 , 8GB RAM, AMD 7600M
I also tried to use a different monitor not my laptops, and it does not get detected in Debian, in Windows it works fine, (both the monitor via HDMI and Laptop's display)
also ArchLinux's terminal is fine, and Linux Mint works. the only problem I have is with debian.
I get the same results whether I choose to boot in Live Mode, or in Graphical install or Install

and the same happens both with
debian-9.1.0-amd64-netinst.iso
and
debian-live-9.1.0-amd64-cinnamon.iso

Then, what is the reason you want to try Debian? Why do you need it, does Debian fill any role that other OSs don't? Is it for curiosity's sake? These are all valid questions, more so if that is your only workstation.

What you and 80% of posters here need to know is that OS is a tool, not a toy. It is a toy only when you have other reliable tool.

I am a debian user, I use debian on my desktop and on my Raspberry, I am just clarifying that the problem is with debian not with my laptop and I simply want to install debian on my laptop, simple as that.

Ok, no offence intended. Have you tried Debian 9.1 install DVD? Search for "non-free Debian DVD image". There might be some needed non-free firmware (Linux Mint includes those by default).

Agreed, sounds like the OP needs nonfree firmware.

or just do a net install https://www.debian.org/distrib/netinst and untick all of the options for DE, print server, etc... then build up from there with the first added package after reboot being

I had similar display issues on a few machines when booting the Debian installer in EFI mode. Booting in BIOS/legacy mode was fine.

Non-free Debian installation images won't be of any help for display issues. The Debian installer does not include the GPU kernel modules which use these firmwares. Maybe the OP will have more luck with non-free Debian live images.

I can't run any debian 9 or stretch on my laptop because I have the problems I told you about

I asked for the output of "inxi -F", not "inxi -f" You do realize that Linux commands are case-sensitive, I hope. If not, this can lead to problems, maybe related to what you are seeing. Hmmm, what about if you try a Stretch-derived distro Live session that is still quite closely related to Debian, since Mint has strayed a lot farther off the reservation. Maybe Sparky, SolydXK, Bunsen Labs Helium, or antiX 17 testing rc? They may have the secret ingredient that you can apply to Debian.

The redraw and resolution change probably happened when the GPU kernel module and firmwares were loaded. Same as what I observed on some UEFI machines. Unfortunately the Debian installer does not include the GPU kernel modules. On one machine I could workaround the bug by adding

(the proper resolution may vary) in the GRUB menu entry, but it dit not work on others. I had to do the installation in BIOS/legacy mode and install GRUB EFI later.

The solution might be somewhere there.
I pressed e on Sparky Linux before pressing Enter to continue booting Live Mode and it had

Now I am trying adding this command on the graphical installer, I have no luck so far.
