It is just how Grub sees the Windows boot manager. It should be fine.
In any case... If you are that worried. You should always backup before making any system or drive changes.
Then again, a boot loader is always recoverable.

I stand corrected. p.H has pointed out an error and I will reflect the changes in my post.
After doing some research into grub and its configs it does seem that it does point towards to Windows boot manager. The more you know.
