Please, post the picture again as it is not opening or type in the error.

It's only a guess, but the firewire firmware on kernel is misssing.

If you installed with this on, try booting from an old kernel.

Way more information needed. I mean come on, you haven't even told us what version of Debian it's running.
The disk and partition layout of this install would be particularly useful. Where are your root / boot filesystems? On one of those md arrays? On another drive?

The suggestions in that message are good ones: Make sure all your drives are present and correct, the root partition shows up in /dev, and that its UUID matches that in your kernel command line and fstab.
For investigating further, I'd suggest booting a live distro of some kind (e.g. the debian installer or livecd), working from the initramfs shell is a royal PITA. Then assemble the array if needed, mount the root partition somewhere and chroot into it.

Well, ehci-orion is a driver for marvell USB chipsets, and I don't know where you got firmware... but that is a point. - @WBDAEMON: Are any drives connected via USB?

I seem to recall breaking more than one of those (or was it IIe?) at school, and that they wiped 5 1/4" floppies if you pulled the plug with one in the drive. That's another topic, but slightly relevant... sounds like this chap has lost a disk to me.
