IntelCPU i5 ERROR Message from syslog

Hi,

I will start with the CPU I am using:
model name : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz



This error messages started appearing in my kosole 2 days ago (until then, for many months everything was perfectly fine):

I apologise for taking this long but I couldn't figure out why error messages stopped all of a sudden.
I discovered that it most, probably only occurs when I am using wine (64bit prefix with Battlenet/Hearthstone installed, I haven't checked any other wine prefixes yet).

The temperature of CPU seems fine:
CPUTIN: +56.5°C (high = +80.0°C, hyst = +75.0°C) sensor = thermistor
