Hello,
I installed debian 8.8 on a computer quad cores amd64.
By starting my system that works well before, I have busybox message ....
I started on cdrom in rescue mode to be able to install grub and repair the hard disk.
my system is configured like this:
/ sda1 >> windows
/ sda2 >> extended
/ sda3 >> / boot
/ sda5 >> / usr
/ sda6 >> / home
/ sda7 >> /
/ sda8 >> swap
I tried the <fsck.ext4 -fy / dev / sda7> command but it does not want to repair.
I have errors on my disk after having forced a halt (button off press)

busybox
Re: busybox
It would probably be better to post (in code tags) the output of fdisk -l for the disk, and the exact fsck command and output including error msgs.
why / the / spaces / in / pathname?
I tried the <fsck.ext4 -fy / dev / sda7> command
