i am going to post as debianman suggested as soon as possible but let it stay here since this is a point of view of a non technical person on this issue.

regular startup:

recovery option startup:

there is no encryption on my system. debian is installed on my ssd and i have windows 7 on my hdd with grub installed on my ssd. i used debian yesterday then switched to windows 7 in order to play some video games but when i tried to switch back to debian, i got these screens.
i didnt do anything physical on my computer except connecting my phone to charge it.

an oversized phone shot is not a valid problem description.
please remove these monsters, then try to formulate a valid technical question.
the first link in my signature might help with that, or some stickies here on the forums.
