Plasmazilla

#1 Post by tim »

I was wondering if anyone has tried plasmazilla, a package that integrates Firefox with kde. Apparently it provides a version of firefox that uses the kde save dialogs: https://launchpad.net/~plasmazilla/+arc ... u/releases

If you've tried it, how do you like it? Does it work as advertised?

Thanks for any feedback.

I have not tried it myself, and I don't know that it is even in the Debian Repositories, But if you are using Debian, then you deffinately should NOT install the thing from the link you show, it is NOT for Debian, for more details see this : https://wiki.debian.org/DontBreakDebian
I don't think you will find very many Debian users that have tried it, at least not the one from that url.

It is for Ubuntu and Ubuntu derivatives. And it's still unclear whether it will work normally :)
